Instructions / How To Use:
Make a tea:
1. Heat 1 cup of water, remove from heat.
2. Add 1 tsp of Slippery Elm Bark Powder to a cup and stir in just enough cold water to create a paste.
3. Pour the hot water over the paste and stir until dissolved.
4. Let sit for 5 minutes. Sweeten if desired, and enjoy.
Make a poultice: Mix powder with heated water and let cool. Apply to the affected area.
