Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform through which we offer our products and services.

Our product selection may change at any time. Products may be available only online, in limited quantities, seasonally, by subscription, or while supplies last.

4. Product Information and Natural Variation

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, ingredient information, dimensions, quantities, photographs, colors, and other details. However, we do not guarantee that all website content will be completely free from typographical errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

Colors may appear differently depending on the screen, device, lighting, photography, fabric dye lot, printing process, or production batch.

Herbs, teas, spices, dried flowers, botanicals, soaps, salves, fabrics, and handcrafted or naturally derived products may vary in color, aroma, flavor, texture, cut, appearance, weight, or consistency from one harvest or batch to another. These natural variations are not necessarily defects.

Fabric patterns and directional prints may be cut from different portions of a design. The exact placement of motifs may therefore differ from product photographs.

Packaging may occasionally change without notice, provided the product itself remains materially the same.

7. Proper Use of Products

You agree to follow all product labels, directions, warnings, care instructions, age recommendations, and safety information.

Crafting and sewing products may include needles, pins, blades, scissors, adhesives, irons, small pieces, cords, or other items that require adult supervision or careful handling. Some items may present choking, cutting, burning, strangulation, or other hazards if misused.

Unless a product is expressly identified as appropriate for children, our products are intended for purchase and use by adults. Keep herbs, tinctures, personal-care products, sharp tools, small craft pieces, and packaging materials away from children and pets.

Products sold for culinary, cosmetic, decorative, or crafting purposes must not be used for a different purpose unless the product description expressly authorizes that use.

8. Pricing and Availability

Prices, product descriptions, promotions, discounts, and availability are subject to change without notice.

We may limit quantities purchased per customer, household, account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, or order. We may also discontinue a product or promotion at any time.

An item being displayed as available does not guarantee that it remains in stock when an order is processed. Inventory discrepancies, simultaneous purchases, damaged inventory, or technical errors may occasionally cause an item to become unavailable after an order is placed.

If a product is unavailable, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund, contact you about an alternative, or take another reasonable action with your agreement.

Prices generally do not include taxes, shipping, duties, customs charges, or other fees unless expressly stated.

9. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method submitted;

• You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total shown at checkout; and

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that we have accepted or fulfilled it.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order for reasons that may include:

• Pricing, inventory, or product-description errors;

• Unusual order quantities;

• An inability to verify customer or payment information;

• Shipping restrictions;

• Suspected resale activity where prior approval is required; or

• A product being unavailable.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled portion using the original payment method, unless another method is required by law or agreed upon.

You agree to keep your account, billing, shipping, email, and payment information accurate and current.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, free gifts, free-shipping offers, and special pricing are subject to the terms stated with the particular offer.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Discounts cannot be combined;

• Discounts have no cash value;

• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively;

• Discounts may exclude certain products, subscriptions, gift cards, or brands;

• A minimum purchase amount is calculated after discounts and before taxes and shipping;

• Free gifts are available only while supplies last; and

• We may correct, suspend, or cancel a promotion affected by an error, misuse, or fraud.

Items purchased as part of a bundle, buy-one-get-one offer, free-gift promotion, or similar offer may be subject to adjusted refund amounts if only part of the qualifying purchase is returned.

11. Gift Cards

Home Folk gift cards may be used only for eligible purchases through Home Folk unless otherwise stated.

Gift cards:

• Are not redeemable for cash except where required by law;

• May not be used to purchase another gift card if restricted at checkout;

• Must be protected like cash;

• May be subject to fraud-prevention review; and

• Cannot ordinarily be replaced if lost, stolen, deleted, or used without authorization.

Gift-card purchases and redemptions are also subject to any terms displayed on the gift-card product page or at checkout.

12. Subscriptions and Recurring Purchases

Certain products or clubs may be offered as recurring subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge the payment method on file at the price and frequency disclosed when you enroll, until the subscription is canceled or otherwise ends.

Subscription prices, shipment frequency, renewal dates, product contents, cancellation procedures, and other material terms will be disclosed before purchase or in the applicable Subscription Policy.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining a valid payment method;

• Keeping your shipping and contact information current; and

• Managing, pausing, skipping, or canceling your subscription within any stated deadline.

Changes or cancellations submitted after an order has already been processed may apply only to future renewals.

We may modify or discontinue a subscription program. Where required, we will provide notice of material changes before they take effect.

Any subscription offered through our website is also governed by our posted Subscription Policy and the terms presented at enrollment.

13. Loyalty and Rewards Programs

Participation in any Home Folk loyalty or rewards program is subject to the rules displayed for that program.

Points, credits, rewards, referral benefits, birthday rewards, or similar benefits:

• Have no cash value;

• Are not property;

• May be subject to expiration or account-status requirements;

• Cannot be sold, transferred, or combined between accounts unless expressly permitted;

• May be canceled if obtained through fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, or technical error; and

• May be changed or discontinued as permitted by law.

We may correct a rewards balance if points or benefits were issued in error.

14. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Orders are shipped according to our posted Shipping Policy and the shipping information presented at checkout.

Processing and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a date in writing. Carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, customs processing, holidays, labor disruptions, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Ownership and risk of loss pass as provided by applicable law and the selected shipping arrangement. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

International customers are responsible for understanding applicable import restrictions and for paying duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges unless checkout expressly states that such costs are included.

15. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and damaged-item claims are governed by our posted Return Policy.

Certain products may be ineligible for return because of their nature, including, where stated in our Return Policy:

• Food, tea, herbs, spices, powders, tinctures, and other ingestible products;

• Opened, used, or unsealed personal-care products;

• Cut fabric or other material cut to a customer’s requested quantity;

• Digital products, patterns, or downloads;

• Gift cards;

• Clearance or final-sale items;

• Personalized or specially prepared goods; and

• Products that cannot safely or hygienically be resold.

Any product-specific return restriction shown on a product page forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a refund, replacement, or other remedy that applicable law requires.

16. Accounts and Account Security

You may be able to create an account to manage orders, subscriptions, rewards, or other features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, or use another person’s account without permission.

We may suspend, restrict, or close an account that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, abusive, compromised, or in violation of these Terms.

18. Reviews, Photographs, and Customer Submissions

You may have the opportunity to submit reviews, photographs, comments, questions, testimonials, suggestions, contest entries, or other content.

You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting it to us, you grant Home Folk a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, display, distribute, and publish that content in connection with our business, products, website, emails, advertising, and social-media channels, unless prohibited by law.

You represent that:

• You own the content or have permission to submit it;

• The content is truthful and based on your genuine experience;

• The content does not infringe another person’s rights;

Consent to receive promotional email or text messages is not a condition of purchase.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link included in an email. You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP to a marketing message. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary.

Transactional communications concerning an order, account, subscription, security issue, or customer-service request may still be sent when reasonably necessary.

If a product-specific or program-specific term conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific term will govern that product or program to the extent of the conflict.
