Aurifil's 50wt Mako cotton runs clean through pieced blocks and quilts up without lint clouds in the bobbin case. The 50wt is the everyday workhorse for piecing and machine quilting; heavier weights show off the stitch when you want it seen. Daruma sashiko thread rounds out the line for the slow, in-the-lap handwork.
