Good sourdough begins with a good starter, and ours has been bubbling away in our farm kitchen, hand-fed and coaxed to that lively, active stage where it's ready to bake. We call her Ozark Iza, named after Emilee's great-grandmother, and she's coming soon to Home Folk.
