Bulk Culinary Herbs
Bulk culinary herbs are the workhorses of a good pantry. The basil that goes into Sunday sauce, the rosemary for roast vegetables. Buying in bulk means you actually have what you need when the recipe calls for it, not the half-empty jar you keep meaning to refill.
This collection brings together single culinary herbs and spice blends in pantry-ready quantities. The herbs are sourced from our network of suppliers and packed right here on the farm, so what arrives in your kitchen smells the way an herb is supposed to smell. Bright. Green. Like it remembers being fresh on the plant.
If you cook from a garden in summer and a pantry in winter, this is the collection to keep stocked. For sweet and savory blends ready to reach for, see our seasoning blends. For the wider apothecary side of the collection, browse bulk herbs, flowers and berries. And when the cooking is done and the kettle goes on, our tea collection is right next door.

Frequently asked questions about our Bulk Culinary Herbs
How should I store bulk culinary herbs?
Keep them in airtight glass jars away from heat, light, and steam. Most dried herbs hold their best flavor for about a year, ground spices a little less.
Are these the same as the traditional bulk herbs?
Some herbs (like thyme, rosemary, mint) cross over comfortably between cooking and the apothecary collection. Culinary versions are sized and selected for cooking; the traditional side lives in our bulk herbs, flowers and berries collection.
Where do your herbs come from?
We source from a network of farms we have worked with for years, then blend and pack everything at our farm in the Missouri Ozarks.
