Bulk Dried Edible Flowers

Dried edible flowers belong to the most useful corner of any well-stocked herbal pantry. They steep into delicate teas, scatter across a frosted cake or a salad bowl, infuse into honey or syrup, sit pressed into homemade soaps, and dry beautifully into pantry decor. A small pinch carries a lot of presence, both in flavor and on the plate.

This collection holds our bulk culinary and tea-grade flowers, sourced from our network of farms and naturally grown. They are blended and packed on our farm in the Missouri Ozarks. Look for the soft pinks and reds of rose petals, the bright blue of butterfly pea, the sunny yellow of calendula, the gentle white-and-yellow of chamomile, and the bold magenta of hibiscus, depending on the season and what comes in from our growers.

Frequently asked questions about our Bulk Dried Edible Flowers

How do I use dried edible flowers in cooking?

Steep them into a quiet cup of tea, scatter a small pinch across a frosted cake or salad, infuse into honey or simple syrup, or fold into homemade soap and candle projects. A little goes a long way.

Are these the same as decorative dried flowers?

No. Decorative dried flowers are often sprayed or treated and are not safe to eat. Our flowers are sourced and packed for culinary use.

How should I store dried edible flowers?

Keep them in a sealed jar away from heat, light, and humidity. Stored well, dried flowers hold their color and aroma for about a year.
