Note: This tea naturally contains caffeine.

Instructions / How To Use:
1. Heat 1 cup of water, remove from heat.
2. Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea into a tea strainer.
3. Pour water over herbs and steep for 3-5 minutes.
4. Remove tea strainer and herbs. If desired, add a dash of cream and sweeten with honey, and enjoy!

Ingredients (100% Natural, Culinary Grade): Black Tea, Cinnamon Chips, Orange Peel, Fennel Seed, Cardamom Pods, Bay Leaf, Ginger Root, Whole Cloves & Black Peppercorns 

Precautions / Allergens: Contains coumarin (naturally) which can be dangerous 
when regularly taken in larger amounts. Limiting to one serving per day is
