Meet the Boss Lady
Home Folk features a team of talented boss ladies. We each wear a myriad of hats to make this website happen and ensure your mailbox is filled with western/boho apparel that makes your closet a very happy place. Every purchase gives back to projects that support women and children around the world.
Here's a little more about the team behind Home Folk.
Emilee - Owner -
I'm just a country gal who has a love of fashion and wide open spaces. I spent the first 22 years of my life down a dirt road in central Missouri, just a few miles from my Grandparent's century farm.
As a kid, my parents took me to Colorado every year. My heart has always been in the west. So, I started Home Folk in June 2017 with the dream of offering apparel and products I love to girlfriends across the country. It just made sense that many of these pieces have a western, country girl flare. Plus, I have a real love for Native American, turquoise jewelry, so you'll also find several limited edition pieces to add to your collection.
In my spare time (whatever that is?! This girl doesn't like to be bored), I enjoy spending time with my horses, writing, crafting, baking up a mean batch of bread or cookies and going on float trips.
It is my desire to encourage you to reach for your dreams. No matter how impossible or crazy they may seem. Live a fearlessly authentic life. Lift others up by example and find your voice. Girl, you were put here for a reason... own that reason.

Kaylee Ver Vynck: KayleeLynn Creatives
Photographer, Brand, and Web Development Manager
Hey all. My name is Kaylee. I grew up on a cattle ranch in North-West Montana, I loved my life in Montana and I swore I would never leave. However God had other plans for me, I met my Husband John in the winter of 2018 and he somehow convinced me to move to Fort Worth, Texas. Needless to say I now love my life here with my Husband, our daughter Emma, and our Bernese Mountain Dogs!
Little bit about my background, I graduated with a degree in Graphic Design in May 2017 and then proceeded to create KayleeLynn Creatives shortly after graduation. Brand management and Fashion photography have been my passion since the beginning, and since moving to Texas so many amazing doors have opened for me including jumping on board the HomeFolk Team. I love feeling like I can help empower women and make them feel strong with my photography. It has been a true gift to be able to go full time with this creative business and using it to help women in our industry!
I can't wait to continue to serve and share my passions with the HomeFolk Family and be able to let my love for Western Fashion and rural America shine through to you all!
I love to hear from you all, so don't be a stranger, pop over into instagram and introduce yourselves! I love to hear from you all.

Presley Gray
Social Media & Brand Ambassador Manager, Photographer
Hi! My name is Presley Gray. I am so obsessed with all things horses, western, boho, vintage, 80's, beauty and personal care. I was born and raised on the Flathead Indian Reservation in Northwest Montana. My parents raised me and my 4 younger siblings in the mountains on their small ranch. I met my amazing husband Nate Gray (who also has a love for animals and outdoors) and we got married and moved to Butte, MT for his Petroleum Engineering schooling. During this time, I made the decision to go to beauty school. I also did photography on the side and had a love for creating and influencing western content to share with others. My husband got an oil field job offer in Colorado right after graduation.
While living in Colorado and traveling all over for oil field work I really was praying for a job opportunity to come up to where I could work from home and take anywhere. I met Emilee Gettle (owner of Home Folk) through family friends and I am now creating content through photography for her brand. I am also her social media manager, brand ambassador manager, brand representative and manage some other website features. I could not be more ecstatic for what’s to come and what other doors the Lord will open through this western fashion community we are building with an amazing group of girls. All I can say is “I prayed for this and the Lord does answer prayers.”
Empowering women and giving back to those in need is just a glance of what this brand is, what it means, and stands for. If you love western fashion and the western lifestyle as much as I do you will not be disappointed in this brand. I hope everyone loves and feels as confident as I do in these clothes.
XOXO
Team member of Home Folk,
Presley Gray
