• The tea bag paper used to make these tea bags is created from a blend of manila hemp fiber derived from the leaf stalks of the abacá plant, cellulose, and thermoplastic fibers.
• The paper does not contain dyes, adhesives, or glue, and is oxygen-bleached (no chlorine used), therefore eliminating dioxins.
• Non-GMO and free of allergens and epichlorohydrin.

Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should avoid Yerba Mate. Caffeine sensitive individuals may want to avoid Yerba Mate due to its caffeine content. Yerba Mate may also interact with blood pressure or heart medications and antidepressants. Excessive consumption may have a negative effect on the liver, especially combined with alcohol or tobacco.
