Tea time is even easier with our Green Tea bags. Unlike black tea, green tea is not fermented, which helps preserve its antioxidants and other beneficial compounds. The taste of our green tea is light, fresh, and slightly grassy, with a subtle floral note.
Green tea is renowned for its health benefits, which include boosting metabolism, supporting heart health, and providing a rich source of antioxidants like catechins and polyphenols. Delicious served hot or cold.

Contains Caffeine.

Instructions / How To Use:
Drop your tea bag in your cup, pour freshly heated hot water over the bag to steep for 3-5 minutes, then discard the tea bag. You have tea to enjoy in a few simple steps!

Ingredients (100% Natural, Culinary Grade):
Green Tea (Camellia sinensis).

• The tea bag paper used to make these tea bags is created from a blend of manila hemp fiber derived from the leaf stalks of the abacá plant, cellulose, and thermoplastic fibers.
• The paper does not contain dyes, adhesives, or glue, and is oxygen-bleached (no chlorine used), therefore eliminating dioxins.
• Non-GMO and free of allergens and epichlorohydrin.

Precautions / Allergens:
Green tea offers many benefits, however, it’s important to consume it within a reasonable amount and to be mindful of interactions with certain health conditions. Green tea contains caffeine, although not as much as coffee. Excessive consumption of green tea (more than 5–6 cups a day) can lead to symptoms of caffeine sensitivity. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should avoid exposure to caffeine. Individuals who are iron deficient should be aware that due to the tannins in green tea, it may hinder iron absorption. Also, green tea may interact negatively with blood thinners, stimulants, and beta-blockers. If you're unsure about the impact of green tea on your health, it's always best to consult a healthcare provider.
