My return/exchange meets the following requirements.

Items must be in NEW condition with original tags. They must be free of tears, holes, stains, smoke, pet hair, perfume, make-up, deodorant, ect. Shoes and hats are in original packaging with no shipping labels attached. They must be shipped in an outer box to protect the original packaging. Returns are for store credit or exchange only. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. We are also not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit. Please retain your tracking number. Items that do not align with our return policy will be refused. We issue store credit or exchanges only.
