The elderberries and ginger have a history of immune boosting and have won the respect of herbalists. The raspberry leaf packs a punch of magnesium that may help soothe those tense nerves too. Plus, you can't forget hyssop, which has been used to soothe sore throats for centuries.

Ingredients are grown organically*: peppermint, elder flower, raspberry leaf, ginger, elder berries, yarrow flower, and hyssop.
Daily serving size: Pour 8-12 oz of boiling water (212° F) over 1 tsp. of tea. Steep 3-4 minutes.
